Santa for Seniors
Our original and largest program provides thoughtfully prepared Christmas gifts to seniors in local nursing homes and senior communities. What began as a simple way to bring joy at Christmas has grown into a community-wide effort to make sure older adults know they are remembered during the holiday season.

Birthday Celebrations
Everyone deserves to be celebrated on their birthday. Connected Generations Foundation helps provide gifts, treats, and other special touches for senior birthday celebrations throughout the year.

Year-Round Connection & Support
Our vision extends beyond the holidays. Your support allows us to develop new opportunities to serve older adults, meet practical needs, create meaningful experiences, and bring generations together throughout the year.

Connected Generations Foundation is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
